The calligraphy was cheating, Hannibal. And you knew it, didn't you? Send Jono something that was, unto itself, a work of art, and of course he had to respect it.

Of course, he also had an old cat under one arm, freshly traumatized with his first visit to a vet in his entire life, and was some odd mishmash between well-dressed and casual, because he was both exhausted and at a loss for how in the world he was supposed to dress for a solo dinner that was no doubt meant to con him out of Kaeleer so that he'd take a break once in a while.

The cat would probably be a surprise, huddled down in his carrier and staring out at the world with wide eyes, but Jono was already running late, and... well...

Hannibal liked animals, right?

Either way, Jono was ringing the doorbell and waiting, only looking slightly exasperated. So, better than usual!
